Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, we will issue your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We carefully package every order, but in rare cases items may arrive damaged.

We consider an item damaged only if the product itself is broken or defective.

Cosmetic issues with packaging (like a dented box) are not considered damage if the product inside is unharmed.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by e-mailing hello@myoten.com with clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Please note: we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or neglect.
Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to ensure fast, reliable delivery. However, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the courier directly.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If the wrong address is entered and we are not notified within 24 hours, the order cannot be refunded or resent.
