Hushlab Refund & Return Policy

Hushlab Liquid Collagen for Dogs is backed by a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

How the Guarantee Works

The 60-day window starts the day your order is delivered, not from your order or ship date. Orders still in transit are not eligible for a refund. Once your product is in hand, you have two options:

• Return it for a full refund. Ship the product back to our international warehouse at your own cost (we send the return address by email when you request it). Once the warehouse confirms receipt, which takes 2–3 weeks, we'll issue a full refund of the purchase price.
• Keep it for a 40% refund. Keep the product and we'll issue an immediate 40% refund of the purchase price, no return required.

Requesting a Refund

Email info@tryhushlab.com with your order number and which option you'd like. We'll confirm by email and issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Manage Subscription page, or by emailing info@tryhushlab.com. Cancelling stops all future refills. A refill that has already been processed is covered by the same 60-day guarantee as any other order.

Cancelling an Order Before It Ships

If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet we'll cancel it and refund the product price. Shipping is not refundable. If it's already gone out, the 60-day guarantee still applies.
