What does "Info Received" mean?

The carrier has your shipping details but hasn't scanned the parcel yet. This can show for 2-3 business days before changing to "In Transit." Everything is on schedule.

What does "In Transit" mean?

Your order is moving toward your address.

Why isn't my tracking updating?

Tracking can go quiet for 5-7 days while your parcel moves between facilities. That's normal and doesn't mean it's stuck. We'll email you when it's out for delivery.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery takes 8-12 working days. Your estimated delivery date is shown at the top of this page, and we'll email you when it's out for delivery.

Is the estimated delivery date accurate?

It's calculated in working days (weekends excluded) and is our best estimate. Your order may land a little earlier or later depending on the carrier.

What should I do now?

Nothing. Everything is on track. If your order hasn't arrived within 2 days after the estimated delivery date, email us at info@tryhushlab.com and we'll sort it out.
