Myoten Shipping Information

At Myoten, we’re proud to offer our customers FREE shipping on all orders.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to the shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your address.

During peak times and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched.

  • 🌎 Worldwide Orders: 5-10 business days (customs may add additional delays)

Please note: couriers may experience transit delays or slower tracking updates during peak times, holidays, or customs inspections. These factors are outside our control but may affect delivery time.


Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delays or cancellations.

  • If our system detects an issue, our team will e-mail you within 3 business days to verify your address. If we do not hear back, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

  • If you notice an error, please e-mail us at hello@myoten.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee adjustments after this timeframe.


Delayed Delivery

We work hard to ensure timely delivery, but delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, such as:

  • Courier issues during transit

  • Severe weather or transportation disruptions

  • Customs delays for international orders

  • Address verification or payment processing problems

If your order is affected, we will notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to assist. Please note that Myoten is not liable for delays caused by external factors, and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed to the courier, it is no longer under our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen:

  • Contact us at hello@myoten.com and we will help guide you through the process.

  • We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional details from you.

  • While Myoten is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will assist you in following up with the courier and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

  • In rare cases, if the package cannot be found, we may also recommend filing a police report.
