Is mouth tape safe?
Hushlab is designed for healthy adults who breathe comfortably through the nose during the day. If you have a cold, sinus congestion, sleep apnea, or a diagnosed breathing condition, talk to your doctor first. Never use on children.
Will it hurt to remove?
No — our adhesive is low-tack and peels clean. Start from one edge and remove slowly. If you have facial hair or very dry lips, apply a thin layer of lip balm around (not on) the tape before bed.
How long does one pack last?
The 30-night pack contains 30 individual patches, designed for nightly use. One patch per night.
Will it stay on all night?
Hushlab is tested for 10+ hours of adhesion. If you're a restless sleeper, press gently around the edges for 2–3 seconds after applying to activate the adhesive.
What if I need to open my mouth — sneeze, yawn?
The patch stretches. You can sneeze, cough, yawn, or talk with it on. If you ever need to remove it urgently, it peels off in less than a second.
Is it OK for sensitive skin?
The adhesive is medical-grade, hypoallergenic, and fragrance-free. We recommend testing a small patch on your forearm for 4 hours the first time to check for any reaction.
Can I use it with a beard or mustache?
Yes. Trim long hairs close to the lip line for the best seal. The tape will still adhere well around facial hair.
Does it help with snoring?
Many users report reduced snoring, but results vary. Snoring has many causes — if it persists, talk to a sleep specialist.
When will I see results?
